“Hello,
My name is Nicole (McCormick) Swan, and I am a dedicated Costume Designer based in the vibrant city of Vancouver, BC. Over the past 13 years, I have enjoyed a multifaceted career, channeling my passion for costume design into diverse projects ranging from film, television, and commercials to museum exhibitions and theatre productions.
With a keen focus on historical costumes, I take great pride in meticulously crafting designs that authentically capture the essence of each period, ensuring a truly immersive visual experience for the audience. I have also found myself landing in the world of horror and action movies. I immerse myself in the thrilling world of high-stakes stunts, blood soaked sequences, and larger-than-life characters. Each costume I create must not only look visually stunning but also withstand the demands of intense physical activity. From tactical gear for secret agents to sleek superhero outfits, I strive to infuse every garment with a sense of authenticity and functionality.
